  I visited the dealership with my convertible to have an oil change and inspection and was dealt with professionally and courteously.
  I was offered Tea Coffee or a Canned drink on my arrival and escorted to a comfortable waiting area where I could use my laptop and watch the courtesy television if I wanted to or read a selection of the days newspapers...
  I was surprised to overhear the way that some other customers were rude to the very good staff like Mark and Ashley in service and shocked that people get on this way when excellent service is being provided to them .
  I will be returning to use the fantastic hassle free service Coopers Thames Ditton provides , but I hope I wont be surrounded by rude and ignorant customers who should mirror the respect the staff here give to them , and think arrogance is a normal way to treat people who are there to help you.

  Excellent service from the sales team at Cooper Thames Ditton. Sam and Carlos have been thoroughly professional during the purchase.
  They demonstrated excellent product knowledge and kept us well informed at each stage of the process. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
